For public transportation you must have a valid ticket in order to travel. You can purchase a ticket for metro only, or a Bonobus, that includes metro, bus and trams. Bus tickets can be purchased on the bus with euro coins. Please be aware, NOT all metro stations sell tickets, so plan accordingly.
